This. Game. Is. Awesome. The graphics looked almost realistic. The controls were easy to pick up. The storyline was exciting and interesting and the parts where you could be an elite were a VERY good addition. The sounds and voices in the background were funny and good. Some problems were the ending and the multiplayer (only a tiny bit of it). The ending (very end part) was kind of corny and made it so that there can't be any books in between (for example: Halo First Strike). The problem with the multiplayer was that there aren't any small-scale maps like in the first one. With just 2 people playing multiplayer, it was kind of boring. The makers of Halo 2 assumed tons of people would either have Xbox Live or tons of people to play it with them all the time, so the maps became very large which isn't very fun with a small amount of people. The other problem was that the vehicles had too much power. Whoever had a vehicle (excluding warthogs and spectres) would pretty much dominate everyone else. Even though they are destructible and boardable, the boost feature on the vehicles makes it hard to do both of those. The best way to improve this would be to make the weapon fire closer-ranged and weaker and/or make the vehicles easier to board. Other than those things, this game was awesome. I can't wait for Halo 3.
