Halo 2 still has me playing it since it came out in 2004. You know a game is awesome if you can still play it 3 years after the release. The Halo series has raised the bar for FPS Shooters, it will stay as the best sold game series of all time. The single player campaign is good, but not great, it lacks the part of mystery that Halo had. The movement is a huge step up from stiff-sluggish movement of Halo. The multiplayer is also a huge part of Halo 2, it was the most played Xbox Live game until Gears of War. The fanbase of Halo 2 consists of all kinds of people and ages, though I prefer the older fanbase. Halo 2 fanatics on Xbox Live do get annoying and ruin the game though. Although there are some disadvantages any really good game will have annoying fanatics, it just comes with it being a great game. Halo 2 will remain one of my favorite games, years after the launch and for years to come.
