In single player campaign playing from both the human and covenant side is interesting, but apart from that ther is nothing new about the game. It is still very similar to the original. Something to set it apart from the original game would be handy.

The only advantage of Halo 2 over the original is Xbox Live, which has it's own problems.

The Xbox Live component is nice, with a nice messaging system but unfortunately there are too many boosters and cheaters. How can someone gain weapons which aren't even on the map without cheating.

The Live experience would be much better if the cheaters were taken care of.
