Although the single player may be lacking, the multiplayer will keep you coming back for more.

Overall this game is great. Continuing the story from the last game, Master Chief battles the Covenant for a second time. The single player is similar to the original, but not as good. The story line goes all over the place and quite ridiculous in my opinion, but doesn't bother me, because I could care less. The campaign is still great though despite these shortcomings. However lacking the campaign may be, the multiplayer in conjunction with Xbox-Live makes up for everything. You will have fun spending hours killing each other on a bunch of maps. Halo 2 has the best multiplayer I have ever played. Bungie really got it right with this aspect.
Bottom Line-If you have an Xbox, get Halo 2 and Live.
