I got Halo 2 the day it came out. And played it for about 8 months, SP and on Xbox Live. The single player is too short, and just flat out sucked. You buy the game expecting to pwn some alien noobs but end up playing as one. The missions feel the same and are quite boring. The game is easier than Courtney Love too. The weapons feel the same in Halo 2 as they did in Halo, but which some upgrades and completely new weapons. The SMG's are cool at first but in MP, you'll find yourself running for the Battle Rifle. The Battle Rifle is the weapon you'll use most often because of it'spower, accuracy, and range. Xbox Live. Oh Xbox Live. Full of kids, idiots, retards, racists, and you'll meet some pretty interesting people. But one of the main reasons I sold my copy and Xbox is because it gets annoying and old. The shotgun randomly decides to not work and can take up to 3 shots at point blank range to kill them. The most I've witnessed is 5 shots (by myself) chasing a guy about 5 feet behind him. The noob combo is annoying, the modders are douchebags, and annoying people who think they rock the Halo, and they either don't, or they do, but no one cares, because owning noobs in Halo will get you no where in life. All in all, a solid game with a cheesy campaign, but strong and addicting multiplayer.
