Halo2 is everything almost everything Halo1 was and a bit more. It lacks the 3 shot pistol and great multi-player maps of Halo1 but it also has so much more.
The multi-player is what makes it good, if you plan or already own a copy of Halo2 and don't have XboxLive then your really missing out big time. The online play is smooth, easy, and fun. For the most part the game is lag free and matchmaking really makes it easy to start out (and with people of your skill level) The gameplay is amazing, what can I say. It's a pretty easy game to get into unlike most online FPS.
