This standalone expansion pack stands out with a good story and multiplayer mode firefight

Halo 3 odst puts you in the boots of the odst trooper.In the game the player must find clues to his missing squad.Many popular weapons like plasma rifle ,bruteshot etc return.However you can not dual wield weapons since your not playing the master chief.Modified weapons like the smg and pistol come into the game.As I mentioned before you don't play as the master chief so you don't have sheilds,but a health bar and red screen.Everytime you take damage your screen turns red (like in call of duty) the more you get hit you lose health to regain you don't regenerate (they wouldn't want to make it too easy now would they) you have to collect health packs.The game of course features coop and multiplayer game mode firefight.Much like gears of war 2's Horde you fend off waves of increasingly hard enemies, its fun to play witha friend.ODST also comes with the complete halo 3 multiplayer with 3 new exclusive maps.A very good game that expands the halo story.
