I finished Halo 3: ODST but to my self, i thought was all this worth playing? Yes, it is worth playing. The story is kind of "lame" at first but it gets better towards the end. The game isn't as short as i thought it would be which is obviously a good thing. I spent a matter of hours on it. If you're one of those people that just skip everything and go through the game real fast, then yes it will be fairly short at about 4 or 5 hours. But if you like to take your time in games, then i will see the game being at 6-8 hours. What's also cool about the game is there's an extra disk that has the complete Halo 3 multiplayer package with all the maps including the DLC from Halo 3 which is pretty frikkin' awesome. Now, i don't remember seeing any new weapons or vehicles in this game which is fairly a disappointment. Most of the Halo games had new weapons every time except this one. There were new characters although, and for once you weren't Master Chief. You were an ODST soldier, although i would say being Master Chief is more fun. There are a decent amount of levels and also, there will be no elites or the Flood in this one. Instead, you will engage against more brutes, grunts, jackals, and those nasty scatterers with the scary gravity hammer. Well, i enjoyed it and i think it should be a must-have of 2009 or at least a must-rent. Also, i've heard that if you buy the game you will be able to try out the Halo: Reach multiplayer beta which is pretty cool. Well, that's all i have to say.
Note the inclusion of "Halo 3" in the game's title, "Halo 3: ODST." While the plot of the game has nothing to do with Halo 3, this is still an appropriate title. ODST is an expansion pack to Halo 3. ODST contains a new c... Read Full Review
