This is arguably the best in the series and has a satisfying conclusion. This is one of the greatest FPS out there.

Halo 2 was awesome, but everyone remembers it's notorious cliffhanger ending. I can tell you Halo 3's ending won't disappoint. The campaign is a little short, but has a lot of variety. For instance, theres a good mix of vehicular and infantry missions. None of them are bad, but Cortana is one I personally dread. The idea of skulls is a great addition as they change the gameplay up a bit and can help you unlock some armor.

Speaking of which, in Halo 2 You could only change your color and spartan or elite. Now you have tons of different armor and new emblems as well. Halo 3 is much more customizable, than 2. you can edit game modes like before and change more stuff, like gravity, speed and so on. The 4-player co op is nice and it makes it more fun. Also theres new mode called infection. It's when theres a super powered alpha zombies and he gets more teamates by killing non-infected. It's fun and makes for some interesting matches.

There are some new features too. One is the theater mode. It lets you view game videos of you in campaign and multiplayer. You can take screenshots, make film clips and you can look around to look for skulls. You can also share these with other players. The other feature is forge. This is basically a map editor. It pretty much lets you change the weapons and vehicles found on a map and their locations. It definitly changes up how you play in those particular maps.

Overall, this is what we were waiting for since Halo 3. It improves on everything that we liked and some new features. I highly recommend Halo 3 to anyone who likes a good FPS
