Halo 3

Great game but overhyped

Halo 3 was one of the most anticipated and hyped game of 2007. With that being said, the game did not disappoint for the most part. Again the multiplayer is amazing and addictive. The single player with co-op and achievement actually has replay value now. Unlike Halo 2, Halo 3's single player is more diverse, better environment and fulfills the void left by Halo 2's ending. The addition of forge and playback adds even more to an already impressive lineup of features.

However, it does have a few flaws. Gameplay wise Halo 3 is solid but with the exception of Equipment, the game seems a lot like Halo 2. The melee system has been irritating and overpowered. Graphically, the game does not utilize anti-aliasing so there are A LOT of jaggies when playing on a 40+ in TV.

Halo 3 is definitely a must buy though for all Xbox 360 owners

  Without LIVE don't expect to get much out of Halo 3, but if you do have LIVE then it's certainly a worthwhile purchase.
