Halo 3

I like it allot more than the first 2 games

I will be honest and say that I am not a big fan of Halo 1 or 2. Nothing personal, just not a big fan. But I had to buy the most hyped game I have every seen. So I picked it up last Friday; had some guys over this weekend and we are about 3 hours into the campaign. I am only speaking of game play, but I plays just like the previous versions. There are some intense battles sequences, but playing 2 player makes it not as difficult. The graphics seem a bit dated, but still look pretty good. Overall this is a solid, not spectacular, 1st person shooter. I would put this behind Gears and Rainbow 6 Vegas.

From poking around in the other features though I think makes it a little more interesting. You can create all types of custom games and whatnot. I can't comment on them at this time since I have not messed with that yet.

  Without LIVE don't expect to get much out of Halo 3, but if you do have LIVE then it's certainly a worthwhile purchase.
