In the first level on normal mode or higher the skull is at the end of the level you free johnson then when the pelican finally arrives you act like you're going in then turn left jump on the ledge then on the box/pipe and jump on to next ledge then you keep going turn left then right and it will be at the end, [Start at the beggining of each level for it to work]. Another skull is on the second level, right when you start go up to the door way up ahead then turn around and jump on a black gun case then on a pipe to the right and head down the pipe and the skull will appear at the end.
