Great multiplayer, solid single player, cool features makes Halo 3 a great package overall.

Halo 3 gets a lot of undeserved hate. Well I am not the biggest FPS fan and I am also not a big online multiplayer guy. Yet, I was able to enjoy and appreciate Halo 3 for what it is. The online multiplayer is fun and deep and with the huge community it is easy to get immersed in it's world. The single player campaign was well designed, but lacked a little bit of something. However, I love what Bungie did with the hidden skulls, campaign scoring, and ability to play co-op. It adds a lot of replay value to a solid single player campaign.

Graphics are solid and detailed, but not overly impressive.

The music is very good, and the background chatter you hear from the enemies is not only well done but is present in pretty amazing quantities.

I didn't mess too much with forge but it looks very cool and is another part of the package that can give hours of enjoyment.

Overall, this is a great package, and is the type of game that you can enjoy for years.
