This game is by far the best HALO Game of the three. It's graphics are white hot. While the Honor Guard Brutes can at times be annoying, especially considering how hard they are to kill, HALO 3 presents a decent challenge to any gamer and is well worth the 60 dollars. While it isn't perfect, and some missions can be extremely difficult, primarily missions requirering you to take down a Scarab. HALO 3 alone is a good enough reason to get an X-Box 360 and get an X-Box live account. One of the best aspects of this game is the introduction of weapons featured in the first two HALO Games, including HALO 1's Assault Rifle and HALO 2's Battle Rifle, as well as new weapons give HALO 3 a nice balance.
The storyline is not as captivating as HALO 1 or 2 but it is still very intersting and worthy of the HALO Name, and rasises new questions about the future of Master Chief. Hopefully the Chief returns in HALO 4 soon, and hopefully HALO Wars lives up to HALO's Legacy.

  Without LIVE don't expect to get much out of Halo 3, but if you do have LIVE then it's certainly a worthwhile purchase.
