A good game when it was released.

I must say, when i first picked up Halo, i was very impressed by what it had to bring to the table. It had an immersive storyline (at least, i thought it was very involving) excellent gameplay and a badass main character to boot. Nothing really could top it at it's peak, not even that sorry excuse for a Halo Killer, Killzone. But we won't get into that. The Gameplay is awesome in this game, you get swarmed by hordes of enemies, and they don't ridiculously regenerate like most FPS's. The enemies are smart, and your allies are intelligent as well, although them not being able to drive a car, when i have to drive the car all the time is a little bit in-excuseable. At least to me it is, i mean, they are so smart, they act real, yet they can't drive a simple JEEP??!?!? Are you kidding me?? Oh well. Graphics are really nice, could have been sharper though. Audio is excellent, the characters interact as if everything was really happening for real, Master Cheif is a beast. Coorta is a real nice companion to have, but she doesn't do anything besides provide information. Value of this game, i recommend getting it. It should be a greatest hit by now i think, but if you haven't gotten it, you need to get in order to be considerd a gamer in this day and age with all these new releases and soon to be, better FPS's coming out. Reviewer's Tilt, get it. Nothing else to say.
