The game that made the xbox popular without halo there probably wouldnt have been an xbox 360

The Good- Shows what the Xbox is capable of in terms of graphics, The multiplayer was and is still amazing, Coop play, Great story, Lots of cool weapons, Cool vehicles and they control really good, Its lengthy, Many difficulty levels, I really like the checkpoint system and you can go back and play any level you want, Master Cheif is really cool especially his suit, It was probably the first game to use the regenerative healing thing, has cut scenes and voice acting
The Bad- I dont like the flood that much I like killing the covenant more, Some areas everything looks alike,
Overall one of the best first person shooters ever but I think goldeneye was better and more revolutionary. It was the main reason for the xbox's success hard to imagine xbox without halo. It was what gta was to ps2 and super smash bros melle was to gamecube
