The start of an awesome story about humanity’s survival against a ruthless covenant of aliens.

It took me along time before I first played Halo, about 3 years actually. I didn't know much about it at the time but when someone gave me the pc version to try. I thought why not. And did I ever love it. Since my computer wasn't that great I bought the Xbox version. The story line is what got me hocked and the awesome characters. This game has very solid game play. It has all the right stuff to make a great game. It has an awesome story with characters that make the story even better. The story isn’t hard to follow and doesn’t get boring. The levels in the game are also wonderful with a nice variety of locations and styles, ranging from an enemy ship to snowy terrain. In some of the levels there are even places where you can sneak up behind the enemy and get them from behind. Along with the levels comes a nice armoury of weapons ranging from powerful pistols to rocket launchers. You may have a nice array of weapons on your side but the enemy isn’t stupid. The enemy can be three feet tall or eight and they all act differently and have different weapons. There is also a few armoured you can use to combat them with, that includes a very off road vehicle called the warthog, a tank, a small vehicle that is called a ghost, and an aerial ship called a banshee that has a laser and a rocket launcher like thing only alien. Threw out the game it is fun and engaging, and there’s always someone to blow up near by.
