Easily one of the finest games I have ever played. It is very easy to pick up and start shooting, but takes patience and persistance to master. The A.I. of the Covenant is amusing, consistent and challenging: it is possible to sneak up on the aliens, but one misstep or misfire results in an instant reaction. The humor lies with the grunts: they scream in horror and fear at times (when you frighten them with your prowess), but the elites add their own brand of humor laughing at you as you perish. I did not particularly enjoy the first-person shooter... until I played Halo. I recommend to anyone with an XBox, and if you do not own it already, you need to go get it, master it and enjoy as we await the sequel....
