When you start off in Halo you actually play as a solider known as master chief. You wake up on your ship and then your ship starts getting attacked by others. So it's up to you to pick up your cool gun and kill anything in sight. I am just going to jump right into the positive things about the game and OH BOY there are a lot of them. The graphics are really good and pretty impressive. A lot of the explosions, gun fire and action look real. The cut scenes are great to they play out kind of like a movie and look awesome. The environments that you are in and go through lokk really great. The controls are great, fast at responding and easy to get use to. They are right on the spot. The sound is big and bold, enviroment sounds are good but the music is the best. It helps to pull you into the game and the story. Talking about the story, it's kind of a sci-fi hero story. Which is perfect for the game, the further you go into the game the more you like it. Now for the main thing, the game play. It is a first person action adventure game. All you do is fight all the time, but not the boring ho, hum fighting. The action of the game play and enemies that you meet is incredilble. The enemies are smart and not just a simple kill. There are a great collection of weapons in the game. Everything from a pistol all the way up to a battle tank. Over all if you are looking for a great game to keep you intertained, this is it. No wonder it is a best selling , people always talking about, go back and play again and again game. IF you need action and just have to kill something, this is for you. If you have still , for some reason not played this game---what are you waiting for,,,it's definetly worth the money and yes even the gas to go and get it now.
