Halo: At Its Finest

User Rating: 9.5 | Halo: Reach X360
Halo: Reach is a solid final installment to the Halo lineup made by Bungie. Naturally, Reach's strong point, along with virtually every Halo game, is its multiplayer. Introduced in Halo: ODST, Firefight Mode is included, but Reach takes it to a new level by adding matchmaking. The only downfall to this is the lack of maps, but that will inevitably change in the near future with downloadable content.

Reach's main shortfall is the length of its Campaign. Visually, it is stunning, blowing every other Halo game out of the water. The story is mindblowing and engaging. Most of the characters are interesting. The only problem, however, is it is too damn short. Yes, first person shooters are more of a multiplayer domain, battling against friends (and enemies alike), but for those who find the Halo lore and mythos fascinating (myself included), you will be left wanting more.

Although it is a short game, it is well worth the buy. At the very least, rent it and check it out...
