Harvest moon, a guilty pleasure.
1. Why would i play this childish game.
2. I bet the story line is crap.
3. I would NEVER bu this game.
And then, what was my push into buying it was, the graphics just look so damn cute, and the animals are adorable. So overall cuteness does win this game over.
There are a few things i would say with the game on the WII which does make it a very annoying game. When you have tools in your characters hand, you can shake the WII remote to make him use that tool, now if you move too fast, like in changing postion of how your sitting or scratching your head, the WII remote would pick it up and your character would use that tool causing you to loose stamina, i also think you loose stamina well to quickly on the game and you can hardly do alot in one day.
Working with your animals on the farm is nice having to feed them and care for them, but the continuous either buying food or having to accumalte food, either takes a huge toll on your money, or wastes your stamina for the rest of the day.
Apart from the massive money loss on buying things and that there aren't enough hours in the day. This game is amazing, having to build the realtionship with your animals so you can win the festivals, having to build realtionships with the girls you fancy and want to marry, and others around which, infact can get you discount prices on many of the things they sell in the shop, and the give you presents on your birthday, it comes in handy to want to have friends.
Finding Notes as well is a mencing task, every 5 notes you get an istrument which is to revive the Harvest Goddes from becomming a statue. So you get 10 and then the Harvest Goddess is revived, so why do you have to get 100 notes?
Anyway, i have to admit, this game is my guilty pleasure because its so cute, and a bit childish, its just one of those games which you enjoy playing and you dont really care who knows.
