The potential of an episodic hack'n'slash is there, sadly, they may have both created and killed the idea in this one game, even at the bargain bin price. Kill, loot, level, repeat. Unfortunately, as simple as that is, a very poor control scheme and nonexistent story will ruin even the most simple of formulae. You cannot edit the keybindings, or adjust the absurdly low mouse sensitivity. You have to click every time you want to move, no hold and drag, so expect to kill a mouse or two as well. No voice over dialogue, so expect to read everything, and expect a story on par with the gauntlet arcade series. The music is admirable, but the graphics and sound are substandard at best. If you need to scratch that hack'n'slash itch, play something in your archives, you will most likely be angry at yourself for wasting the lunch money on this one.
