A Work of Art...

User Rating: 10 | Heavy Rain PS3
This game is not just a game, if you expect high class action or a traditional adventure, that's not it, that's a very different class.

Graphics - Realistic character expressions, the heavy atmosphere of a rainy day, and detailed characters and environment is not glamorous or shiny like many PS3 games, but it's realistic. 10/10

Sound - Inner thoughts, great musics, and very nice voice acting, sounds will make you feel like you are in a film noir. 10/10

Story - Amazing storyline around four different people, a wide range of choices, and different consequences of them, and a great surprising ending. But after ending, there are some unrealistic TV shows and news that looks very absurd in a realistic game. That's why 9/10

Gameplay - The best and the revolutionary part. Not specific key bindings, very interesting key actions, use of analog and smooth sixaxis controls. Every key you push has a point, to push something you have to push your analog to right, to pull, to left. In hard actions, you must press a lot of buttons at the same time with correct order, or you must press some buttons continuously. In instant decisions, you must press the indicated button before time runs out for it. To understand the gameplay revolution watch a gameplay video. 10/10

Difficulty - It's not easy nor hard, you just live a film noir. Not less not more. No distinct difficulty, there is no reason to point difficulty.

Time required to play - It won't make you spend a lot of time, but it's not short either, and you can go back anytime to repeat chapters, and make different choices. 9/10

Extras - Not many. Just some concept arts, and how to videos, if you are an unlockable addict, that's not for you. 5/10
