Hello Kitty Roller Rescue is a guilty pleasure, a very guilty pleasure. In fact unless you love San Rio, My Melody, Hello Kitty, Chococat and the rest of the gang -avoid this game. If you DO love Hello Kitty and all the San Rio creations than Hello Kitty Roller Rescue will make you giggle and smile.
The art is a little odd, it's 3D, the game would have benefitted greatly if it used cel shaders as often 2D images do not translate well into a 3D medium.
The gameplay is easy, so much so it's almost tedious. Essentially you're only going to play this game to giggle uncontrollably or freak out any friend you have visiting over.
The game really doesn't do Hello Kitty or San Rio a great deal of justice, although if you're a die hard fan you won't really care -the cute and adorable factor overpowers anything else.

Overall.

A nice childrens game, a quintessential stoners game, a terrible real game.
