Grrrr, the game's plot and stuff were not the problem, it was the controls that threw me off...

The controls seemed alot like it was from Dune 2 the game or something, where you can control 1 or a few units and moving and attack both were horrible, this game exemplifies an early RTS game, if only they were maybe a few decades before hand this would be innovative.
The game was very innovative in the sense of the playing style of a game, but the controls just ruined the game, made it harder than needed, and then the game was topped off with a huge number of unbalanced units for the enemies while giving you a couple of the cute monsters in the mana universe. Sure it was cool and had some depth, but you kept getting pwned in the gameplay (that was where I gave up at) and there was no end to it. It is cool how it really connects the stories and adds much to the mana universe, but the controls really tick people off.
