There is so much better out there if you're craving turn-based fantasy goodness.

Turn-based map exploration that is very slow: check

Turn-based combat: check

Turn-based everything else: check (I was surprised just how slow the turns were, even when adjusted).

Ugly graphics, low-resolution textures,and stiff animations: check

Non-moving/animated lips when main characters are speaking: check

No redeaming features in first 30 minutes of gameplay: check

Yes, I understand that many adore this series, and I know that the original goes back to some of the earliest forms of RPG gaming on the PC, but seriously, can't we do better than this? Let this be a lesson to all how throw money @ online sales (STEAM, Gamestop, Origin). You can get burnt, even if for only $6. I wouldn't recommend this game, even if you could acquire it for free.

I enjoyed Elemental: World of Magic more than this (though not much). If you want a great turn-based fantasy game, check out the beta 4a from Fallen Enchantress.
