Is it Agent 47 or Sam Fisher? that is the question...

Well Hitman Absolution looks great on pc the new engine is very good and all but is not Hitman, it's an splinter cell game.

I'm really really sad about this because they ruin an excellent franchise they turn it into stealth action game and not the classic hitman we all know and love. Why you ask?

The disguise system doesn't work anymore, you use the disguise and the npcs will detect you in 2 seconds even if you are far far away (really far away like sometimes you dont see them but they will spot you and detect your disguise...)
The blend in feature is a joke too it doent work at all, all you can do to not get detected is to cover yourself and act like sam fisher in splinter cell game.

Second thing that ruins the game, the checkpoint system... it is atrocious!!!! You kill and hide all the npcs in an area you fill your instinct level to the max, you get a disguise (not that it works but whatever) you are almost about to complete the level when someone detects you, well you touch the checkpoint just a second before you are fine but no it resets everything, yes everything! You have to do eeeeeverything again from the beginning... I really really dont know why they didnt use a save sytem like in the all hitmans, this checkpoint system doesnt work at all, it ruins completely the game because or you do everything perfect from the beginning to the end or you are screwed up.

They took out the map too, so you have to rely entirely on the instinct feature again the game is based on it but it just doesnt work very good and what's the point on doing everything good and collect instinct when you use a checkpoint and is all gone?

Oh and the health regenerates over time only the instinct doesnt

Everything is based on action now, the slow motion camera when you kill, the close combat fighting system, it doesnt fell like a hitman, it feels and play like the last splinter cell.

Hitman Absolution feels like it was made to attract everyone and by doing that fails very bad, it feels like it was made to be played on easy difficult.
Now I understand why the director Tore Blystad said" 20% of players will see the last level"
