first off, if you dont really like stratedgy, find yourself a different game (sure you can go in guns ablazing, but you wont last long, and if you do, your rateing will be horrible.). this game requires alot of stratedgy... but in a good way. you get such a nice, warm, evil feeling when your perform the perfect hit. the only faults with this game is that there are some pretty noticeable glitches that happen quite often (your alert will up for an unknown reason, random objects floating in the air, NPC walking through walls and doors..), but dont let that stop you from at least renting this game.
