Pros

* Best graphics/artwork of any anime-style free-to-play MMORPG I've played yet (comparing this to similar styled MMORPGs that I've played first-hand such as Fiesta, Flyff, Dream of Mirrors, Mabinogi, Asda Story & Florensia)
* Animations are nice and fitting for the art style
* Great musical sountrack that fits the light-hearted anime theme very well
* A decent variety of customization options when creating your character. Two races to choose from, the Seneka (human-like race) and Koshare (mouse-like race, very similar to Taru from FFXI).
* Very easy to get into and start playing/ small learning curve. Controls are simple and much more intuitive than many (Korean-based) free-to-play MMORPGs I've tried. Movement controls are similar to WoW (WASD), although it does have click-to-move if you prefer that *barf*.
* Mount and pet growing, and the ability to fight from atop your mount is cool
* Lots of fun accessorizing options (hats, masks, glasses, backpacks, belts, etc).
* Weapon enhancement is relatively simple and not as frustrating as some other MMORPGs (eg. Fiesta).
* The UCQ (User Created Quests) and UCD (User Created Dungeons) are a really cool and unique feature.

Cons

* Although easy to figure out on your own for the most part, the tutorial and in-game help system is severely lacking.
* Although easy to get into and play, it may be TOO easy. Monsters of similar level take little effort to kill for any class. "Elite" dungeon monsters are more difficult, but I was still able to solo most of the first dungeon with my Monk.
* Only 6 basic classes to choose from. Your standard Warrior, Priest, Rogue, Mage, Hunter, and Monk (fan fav and easiest to play). You DO choose a 2nd class, but it really in no way affects your primary class. You have to switch between one or the other. So it's practically pointless except providing an additional grind to level your sub-class.
* Stat points are auto-distributed for you when you level. This could be a good thing or bad thing depending on the person. The only stat customization comes with gear.
* Skills are also automatically gained upon level, so basically each class is a carbon-copy of each other skill-wise. No class specialization.
* No PVP
* Suffers the same fate as many/most MMORPGs in that questing turns into a grind after a certain level. Not enough quests to keep it interesting, and takes forever to level once you reach a certain level.
* Some classes could use skill revamping. Hunter and rogue classes are especially weak in that area.
* Lacks the depth of some other MMORPGs in that it currently provides no trade skills or other activities outside of questing/grinding.
* Riddled with a variety of bugs, including some annoying connectivity/lag related problems, and various other glitches such as characters and mobs randomly appearing/disappearing from the screen

Overall

It looks and feels great, but lack of depth induces boredom far too quickly. Still, the lovely graphics, animations, accessory customization, and mounts/pets make it a treat to play for a while. The upcoming major upgrade to "Holic 2" looks to hopefully address some of the issues such as adding trade skills, in addition to PVP, new areas, more quests, and a new playable race.
