Disappointing and not ready for release.
The bad:
I only played the campaign so I can only speak for that aspect of the game. It feel like you are a 500lb zombie lumbering around. Movement is slow and sluggish. It seems like you are wearing opposing velco suits when it comes to the other NPC of the Resistance. I was constantly getting stuck to them or they just got in the way. It seems if there was more of my body that I could not see that extended 3 feet around me from all sides. You get hung up on everything as you "run" (if you call that running) through the map.
The sounds: They are just terrible. What gun sounds are those supposed to be? I just cant get past the guns sounds. They are awful. I have never heard an M-16 sound like that before. Then there is your squad mates. They repeat themselves over and over. The voice acting was low budget. Did the programmers do the voice acting on this game? All in all this game just wasn't that fun. I had been looking forward to this game since I saw the first trailer back around Thanksgiving. But I was very disappointed. I wouldn't recommend this game at full price. If you can get it a good deal then maybe. But trust me this one of those games that you will see selling new for $35 at the game stores by the beginning of the summer.
