BRING BACK TRIBES! - Playing this game made me yearn for the old days of TRIBES

Homefront is a compelling and interesting game in how it draws you in but sucks horribly in that it is a very very short game. Games like this, and there are so many, make me yearn for the days of uncomplicated and never ending fun of TRIBES. Ya I know that game is 12 years old but it really set the bar for multiplayer games. If they'd bring back the pure fun that was TRIBES and combine it with the graphics technology for today, you'd end up with a great multiplayer game that would re-invigorate the genera.

Homefront has some very good game play but its money is in multiplayer. If you buy the game for the single player side, my advise would be to not open it, take it back, and get your money back and wait until you can get it from the bargain bin. However if you buy it for the multiplayer, well then, enjoy.

I spent about six hours playing multiplayer and enjoyed it. No hackers, no cheaters, just pure highly addictive game play. (Unlike the other games that are no inundated by hackers and cheaters.)

I am sure that in a very short time this game too will be ruined by the hackers and cheaters but until then, play away.
