Gameplay: The golf is simple and yet entertaining. Aim your shot with the directional pad, press x to start the swing meter, hit once for power, and then again for accuracy. Of course if you want to get any good at it, you'll learn to account for the wind, ball lie, the height of the green, etc. It can be challenging and fun, especially since you always want to go for a birdie and not settle for par. Putting can be a bit cruel, and it takes a long time to get any sort of feel for it, but that's all part of the golfing experience. Graphics: The models are neat. The courses look nice. There's nothing spectatualar, but there's nothing disastorous. The customization with your characters is done well, as changing outfits and hair styles is done seamlessly.
Audio: Calm muzak is what you get, and some serviceable one liners and sound effects. Again, nothing special, but nothing horrendous. Value: There's a lot of stuff to unlock between golfers, caddies, courses, clubs, accessories, etc. You gain these items by winning in the challenge mode, which pits you in tournaments or against another player. The game is addicting, so you can easily end up playing a couple hundred games without realizing just how much time you spent playing it. Tilt: I'm not a golf person, but this game is fun and well done. A great time killer and I'd reccomend it to anyone with a psp.
