Just... horrible. Probably not even worth a rent.

User Rating: 2.5 | I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! WII
Gameplay: You have 6 fictional celebrities on your team and, just like in the TV show, you compete in bushtucker trials and bush battles. The bushtucker trials give you food, which as far as I'm concerned, gives you no help whatsoever and only serves to fit in with the TV show. In the bush battles, you compete for the right to take on the role of the voting public, and eliminate one member from the opposing team. In adventure mode, the team you face is computer generated. There is also arcade mode, in which you can select one of the 20 or so different minigames to play to improve your highscore or to practice for adventure mode. On top of that, there's a multiplayer mode, but as I mention below, you'll have trouble finding someone to play it with you. 38/100

Controls: Completely broken. In one minigame, your celebrity has to canoe down a stream. I tried this one with several people, and it would not register our rowing. My sister, my mum, my friend and myself tried it and it didn't work. If it hadn't worked for one person, then maybe their technique wasn't good. But I tried it with 4 people and still nothing. The game includes optional use of the Balance Board. I don't have a Balance Board so I can't know for certain, but I have heard from a friend that it's not much better, and it's only used in 4 minigames, so it's not worth bothering. 7/100

Graphics: Good... or at least they would have been if they were put in an N64 launch title. For Wii? Absolutely rubbish. Trees are little more than green and brown blobs. The front cover probably has better graphics than the actual game. 10/100

Audio: The celebrities are generally mute, except in some of the challenges, they make weird noises to show that they're scared. The host makes some rubbish anti-climaxes by not eliminating members properly. The background music isn't great quality, but it's alright. 44/100

Replayability: This is definitely one game you won't want to keep coming back to. The broken controls mean that the minigames lack any fun at all. You'll probably play it once and then leave it gathering dust for eternity. My younger sister is not so much of a critic as me and she has only played this game twice. 12/100

Value For Money: I got this game for £15/$23. Imagine my surprise when I found out the RRP was double that, at £30/$46. I think that even £15 is too much to charge for a horrible game like this. If you can find it for £5/$8, you may want to consider buying it, but otherwise don't bother. 26/100

Overall: You don't want to buy this game, and you probably don't want to rent it either. Making a game for this TV show wasn't going to be so easy, but I think Mindscape could have spent more time fixing the broken controls, the horrible graphics and the minigames that lacked any fun whatsoever. I learnt from my mistake - always check the reviews on a game before you buy it. 137/600 2.3/10 (2.5 because of rating system)
