Unique...to say the least...

I honestly don't know where to start with this game. This is an unusual one for sure, one of those crazy Japanese games that would, under normal circumstances, never see the U.S. shores. But for whatever reason, Incredible Crisis made its way over here, though obviously nobody noticed.

Well to bad for them, cause this zany package rocks! Incredible Crisis centers on a typical Japanese family, that gathers for breakfast in the morning only to have Grandma announce that its her birthday. And thus everyone needs to be home on time. Here's where you come in. It's your job to guide Dad, Mom, Son and Daughter home on time. Sound easy? Its not, as a series of crazy, unlikely occurrences makes each families day a struggle to make it home in time.

You guide your character through a multitude of highly creative mini-games. Because thats what this game is, a collection of mini-games. The game starts with you making father Teneo dance with his Co-workers. But this all seems easy enough, not quite. Because the other facet of the game revolves around stress. You have a small head in the corner of the screen that fills up as you screw up, indicating your stress level. If you do good, your stress goes down, but if the head fills up, your character loses it and then you lose.

The mini games range in wacky objective to wacky objective, from guiding your stretcher down the freeway, shooting down a giant pink teddy bear in a jet or even massaging a woman at the top of a ferris wheel. The game itself has a great, zany sense of humor, that makes the entire game a hilarious blast of fun, that ironically never stresses you out (because your too busy laughing your ass off!), just your character. If you can find one, I'd recommend picking it up, you won't regret it...
