amazing character movement and combat freedom

The first thing that will really grasp you is the amazing, open city scape that immediately gives you a sense of freedom into the game. You are able to freeroam the cities leaving you to do as you please. Finding your way around the city is pleasant with your character able to climb buildings effortlessly and then buzz along a telephone line with your current of juice. Feeling comfortable with your new abilities you will start your way into the enemy ridden city. (destroyed by a big energy blast that send all living things into a bunch of high electric junkies, including yourself) There's no hint or rush into the storyline which adds to the freedom aspect, you can choose when and where to start and resume missions. You will find that when you are trolling the cities you will often wonder into side mission areas where you can select to take part and claim areas of map where enemies will not attack you unprovoked.

So, your character has just been affected by the big orb of energy that managed to blow up and your feeling pretty electrified... literally, your body has become host to masses of electrical energy that can be used as a destructive weapon against enemies. However, it's your choice to use it in good or bad defence because you have to make the decision to become infamous or heroic. Your powers are built around your electrical ability and this will be your main source of kick ass towards enemies (or defenceless people). The progression of your powers is easy to keep up with and there are some awesome tricks to be bought with your Xp. Oh, xp (experience points) are achieved when a side mission is completed or when you kill a pile of enemies; you see that this is not a challenge just plain fun!

Nearly every mission involves having to challenge a large, difficult enemy or a bunch of noobie junkies with guns. The general combat experience can be quite difficult so you must be alert enough and wise enough to handle your powers. You don't get unlimited energy to work with so you must recharge yourself up using.... well, power sources! cars, lamps, rail tracks, traffic lights: anything that will give you some juice. The game plot is simple to follow in to and doesn't really add any excitement when your quickly attacked by a gigantic, fire ball throwing beast. Despite the lack of enthusiasm towards the story line i did enjoy defeating the shapeshifting, troublesome baddie towards the end. dead.
