I Would Buy It Again
The gameplay rocks because the storyline takes place in a totally different setting. Now, in the first one at the end of the game, you find a rift gate at the silos where you beat Gol and Maya ( this is actaully like a time machine thingy). So, at the beginning of this game, Jak and his pals try to get the thing to work and they fly through time into a place called Haven City. THe guy who runs this place isa dictator and he imprisons Jak and gives him these mysterious dark powers. The game starts off from there and it gets pretty interesting. You do missions to stop the Baron ( the dictator guy) and help fend off some other foes as well. Plus, this time it is not the old punch and spin kicks. You get to use GUNS!!! YEEAAHH!!!!! You get a total of only four guns but it is totally worth it! The first one you get is the scatter gun. This is a short ranged weapon but can take out multiple enemies ina single shot. The second one is the blaster rifle. This is the one I most commonly use. It is a long ranged weapon that is real effective. It is a real life-saver!! The third is really, really cool! It is a rapid fire machine gun called the vulcan fury! Your enemies with literally lift in the air and fall to their knees with this weapon! It does run out of ammo pretty quick so always watch for some extra ammunition. The fourth and final gun is a charged weaopn named the peace maker. The name is sweet and so is the gun! It will take a while to charge but when it is shot and multiple enemies it will kill them on the dot! IT is really fun to play with when toying with your enemies. This game rules!!!
THe quality is real good! It has a cartoon graphic quality but that was done on purpose. There are no annoying glitches or pauses in the game. Plus, it does not take long to load either. The sound works great and goes along with the game real well. So, there is no real setback to the game!
