Jak X is a good racing game but compared to the other jak and daxter games, I think the franchise is going downhill.

The thing that is great about this game is the action packed racing. It is one of the best racing games i have ever played, even though it doen't have the freedom of Midnight club 3, the crashes of burnout and the nice cars and graphics of Gran Turismo....but Gran Turismo has got to be the gayest, most boring and dull racing game i have ever played.....I dont know why people like that game so much.....sure it has nice graphics but the gameplay sucks, but I m not here to talk about GT. In the graphics department Jak X looks too much like previous J&D games but the previuos games had great graphics so u can expect pretty good character design, explosions and what not. In the Gameplay department this game rocks, it is fast paced, fun and down right incredable. These are the kinds of racing games I like where u have weopens and stuff and none of that kiddy and childish **** u get from mario kart. Unfortunatly this game does not stack up to the previous J&D games, it is not as long, huge or has enough features like previous j and d games. Overall I say that this is a great racing game but not as good as previous J&D games. I hope the next game will not be a racing game but an action and adventure platformer.
