In my opinion, this is one of the best Bond games to date, even better than Goldeneye. Goldeneye was a revolutionary FPS, but this is a evolutionary Bond game. First of all, contrary to many die-hard FPS fans' fear, the 3rd person perspective not only works well, but it really makes the most sense for a JB game. The JB in the films is a super-spy who uses a number of different techniques to accomplish his mission: using gadgets, using weapons, using vehicles, or using his fists. This game successfully combines these elements to make you feel like one badass super-spy. Graphically, this game looks great. EON even surpasses the last JB game, Nightfire, which still looks great. The sound for the most part is also well done. While it is cool that Pierce Brosnan actually voiced JB this time around, I can tell you that it really doesn't matter: if you've got great gameplay like EON does, who voices JB really doesn't seem all that important. The only complaint I would have about this game is the lack of a pit or first person view for the driving sections. For controlling Bond, a 3rd person view makes the most sense, but for driving I find this view rather akward. If your an action game fan, this game won't dissapoint.
