Much closer to being the perfect Bond expereince than any game before it.

It is the general assumption of most gamers that the N64's GoldenEye is the best James Bond game ever. GoldenEye was a great shooter that happened to be based on a James Bond movie. Whatever its qualities may have been, judged as a game alone, that doesn't necessasrily mean it was a faithful 007 experience. In the movies, Bond does more than just shooting, so the first-person-shooter genre can only give you a fraction of the ideal Bond experience.

Everything Or Nothing does away with the first person view and lets you fight, drive, and of course. . . shoot in third person. All of this, well executed. There is never a boring moment in the game. When you're not shooting or hand-to-hand fighting bad guys, you're chasing them in some spectacular driving sequences on cars or motorcycles. The game even surprises you at times with some truly memorable sequences such as the one where Bond jumps off a cliff without a parachute. As if all that wasn't enough, the casting of Bond himself, Pierce Brosnan, who provides not only his image but his voice as well, makes this 007 adventure feel more genuine. Actor Willem Dafoe as the villain also provides some good voice acting. This is simply a great game, and the first game in the series that really feels like a Bond movie.

BTW, two observations: As of now, Pierce Brosnan is no longer Bond, so his voice acting here was his 007 swan song. Also, the initials of the game's title spell EON, which is the name of the company that owns the Bond film licence.
