Just as good as Golden Eye on the N64

Hey guys and welcome to my newest review of this time… James Bond 007 Everything or Nothing. This game was made by EA Games and was made for the PS2 and the Xbox.
The release date was February 27th 2004. Here is the full review for you. To start, this has got to be one the best Bond games I have ever played. Perhaps even better than Golden eye for the N64 which was one of the greatest game put on the N64. Unlike all its predecessors, this game is set in 3rd person view rather than the usual 1st person view so a change from normal but change is good. The graphics are pretty good, and the detail is amazing. The guns are extremely detailed, right down to the screws and there are thousands of guns that you can pick up and mess around with. The story is pretty interesting and the presences of all the actors playing there own parts were a nice touch and a plus for this game. For James Bond, you don't have some dude pulled off the street giving you a cheesy British accent. But for Everything or Nothing we actually get the Pierce Brosnan doing the voice acting with his interesting British accent, as well as Judi Dench, Shannon Elizabeth, Willem Dafoe, and even John Cleese as Q. So it goes without saying the voice acting couldn't have been any better because it’s the real people pulling it off. Combat is really easy to control. Simply press a button to lock onto an enemy and press another button to shoot but the funny thing is about this is when you want to beat the hell out of you enemy you just lock on them and press one button and the work is done for you that is really easy and cool. But this Bond isn't all just running and shooting. Aside from an assortment of hand-to-hand moves you can pull off, you have a repel gun to climb walls and mechanical spiders to scout ahead unnoticed and eventually to blow stuff up with. And my favorite feature in the game is the vehicles. Nearly 40% of the game is spent driving a variety of vehicles from a dirt bike to the very sleek silver car used in his latest movie Die Another Day (I can't remember the name of the car). You also get to drive a tank, a helicopter, and a Cayenne Turbo. It goes without saying each vehicle has a good assortment of weapons equipped so you won’t get board that easy with all the vehicles you can blast people with. The game is decently lengthy without being too long so that’s good. And for those of you who liked earning medals in Goldeneye that has been added to the game as well. In each mission there are certain actions you perform which are called "Bond Moments" that gain you a good bit of extra points to go towards that Platinum medal. Bond Moments are things like blowing up a single barrel to kill numerous enemies, or shooting the rope holding stage lights, causing it to fall on enemies, even giving a hot Russian chick a back massage basically bond moments are like Bond Achievements. There is a good variety of weapons, but not real big. But enough to satisfy you’re craving to blow stuff up. Despite the major disappointment in previous Bond games *cough*NIGHTFIRE*cough*, Everything or Nothing is a must have for any Bond fan, or if you just like blowing stuff up and killing people with just a press of the button.

My Comment
James Bond 007 Everything or Nothing is a game that you can defiantly consider buying even if your not into 007 games. This Bond game is defiantly better than its elder cousin games like NightFire. We certainly haven’t seen 007 games that were just a brilliant as Goldeneye on the N64 but I think this game could be considered just as good or better. It’s a great game to have in your library or if you’re a 007 fan.
