Almost perfect if not for the terrible difficulty and flawed leveling system.

This game is almost perfect in every way. The story, graphics, music, and gameplay are all great. However, there are 2 things that make the game much less enjoyable than it should've been without them.

1. As you progress to next battles, you will find it very difficult to win. You need to level up in Free Battles (see point 2). This will be a common annoying thing you'll be seeing in every battle. At least there should've been a difficulty level option.

2. Once you finish a battle, you can re-enter it to level up your army. Although it add re-playability to the game, it makes leveling up the characters less enjoyable. True leveling should only occur in the main battles (which does here but it's not enough), not in mandatory battles which are extremely easy to win just to level up. It reminds me of the Practice mode in Riviera: The Promised Land (if you've played that game). Very boring and unrealistic.

So to sum it up, I'd say this game is only for hardcore SRPGs who would not get tired of replaying battles just to level up and progress.
