When I first heard about JFK Reloaded, I did have a hard time believing that it was real. But after it came out, there were no more doubts. This was real, and someone had taken the time out to create this. In a gamer's point of view, this is horrible! The graphics are way below par, sound and everything else. But this isn't meant to be played as a game. This is a simulation through the eyes of Lee Harvey Oswald. Now I agree that a lot of people think this program is simply sick, and I do admit bringing it out on the memorial day of JFK was pretty sick. Think about this though, what if you are a history buff, and you have studied the assassination of JFK. Wouldn't it be interesting to get a front row seat of Oswald? I have been interested in the shooting for some time now, and it was interesting to me to see what it was like. Not to shoot a president, but the situation. People who are into the assassination and have studied it and want the truth... this doesn't really help. The "game" will run all of 1 minute, as the presidential car drives by and you take a shot or two at Kennedy, after that the car speeds away as fast as possible. After the car is gone, you are taken to a camera menu, and you can put the camera pretty much anywhere you want, including a pretty sickening camera that follows right behind the bullets. The rest of the content is outside of the "game." If you browse the files you will find pretty much everything on the autopsy of JFK in some pretty graphic detail, Including the gut wrenching video that shows him being shot. As I have said before, this is not a game, and it's not even a good way to spend your money if you are sick enough to want to kill something. But if you are a history buff, and are interested in the Kennedy assassination, I could see this being purchased for that reason. Other than that, I would defiantly steer clear of this.
This is a very short game. I'm glad someone gave it too me! You play as the assassin or patsy Lee Harvey Oswald. No, you don't get to go to the Russian embassy and tell them you wan to be a spy for them. You don't e... Read Full Review
