I personally think this game is amazing. I've had since the xbox came out, making it a classic.. but you never do hear about it as often as you would older, more popular games such as Super Mario. I haven't even heard about the prequel to this game before i clicked on JSRF's link.. and looked at the "Games you might like" column. Now there are similar games to JSRF including Grand Theft Auto, and Saints Row. For anonymous reasons, Grand Theft Auto is known as the legend of crime games instead of Jet Set Radio, even though Jet Set Radio is a step below on the crime scale-excluding killing, stealing, carjacking, etc. I do like the idea of free roam, though, even if your entitled to skate to a desired place.. but given this is one of the first games to actually introduce the concept of free roam, i think the developers off Sega and Smile Bit did a decent job. If this game was advertised more when it came out, i think there would be more gamers who would come to love it.
