I was doing OK with this game. I love all shooters. This one had some fierce enemies. I was handling the glitches and reptitious gameplay because the shooting action was pretty sweet. Then I'm getting real close to the final scene and Kane & Lynch are in a helicopter. I just fought through a huge chapter of heavy gunfire and explosions. I died several times. But as I battle the second helicopter that you must shoot down....there is a "checkpoint" reached at that very moment. Right then, my character - Lynch - was left in the helicopter, holding his hands and arms as if he is carrying a huge machine gun...but alas, there is no "gun" in his hands at all, just blank space. Since Kane cannot shoot down this helicopter by himself, Lynch needs a gun to do it, but he cannot move from his spot in the helicopter and even if he could, there are no guns laying around. So Lynch sat there as the rival helicopter kept shooting at them. It would not die, Lynch would not die...he sat, watch the bullets flying at him, and held that invisible gun the entire time. I left the game on, went out and cut my lawn, came back inside and the whole thing was still going on. There only option was to restart the chapter and experience that pain and anguish all over again....all while not having any guarantees that once I arrived back at the same point....that I would actually have a gun in my hands....or would be left holding "air" as before. So I quit right there, took the game out of my machine, and traded it in on a game without the glitches....and profuse profanity.
Kane & Lynch 2 was fun for a while....if you plan to buy the game, it's worth about $15.00. DO NOT spend $60 on it.
