Every wanted to play as a circus sideshow performer who decides to fight monsters for cash? Then Karnov is for you. In Karnov, you play a muscular, fire breathing strongman who is hell bent on finding him some treasure. In order to do that, he'll fight horrendous monsters, including sword wielding monks, jinns, foot hopping giant fishes and ostrich-riding skeleton warriors. Karnov became a beloved video game character in the late 90's. He even made cameo appearances in other Data East games, like Bad Dudes. Karnov, to me, was another one of those games that was just impossible to beat. It's a standard side-scroller. And eventually things just start coming at you from all directions, leading to imminent death. There are no saves, so when you're done you're done, and it's time to start over. Karnov's full name is Jinborov Karnovski.
