It's the PC Version of Mario Kart.

Although the graphics aren't at all amazing, and it's a bootleg of Mario Kart, it's still good. The only reason the graphics suck is because this game was made to play on the OS' Windows 98-XP, otherwise Nexon would've improved them a great deal. Yes, there are some elements to it that resemble Mario Kart but there are also some different elements to it. I would suggest trying to be nice to everyone so that you can be popular and get friends on there. If your a nerd who doesn't usually socialize, just have fun playing.

Updated: In retrospect, this game is great for gamers who have a Wii and are looking for something good, but don't really want to pay for anything.

At this cost, however, is that the game will get boring after awhile, steering is terrible, and as far as I remember, there's no real way to really talk with people on there, just race away.
