2-D platforming awesomeness

What more could you ask for out of this game? Its got dungeons, its got shooting, its got platforming, and its got somewhat of a story. One of my favorite games as a child and today as a grown man in college.

Graphics: Pit looked like what he was supposed to look like and everything was detailed. The graphics were great for its time and now I still have Pits look burned in my retina.

Gameplay: Yes what made this game so sweet playing. Such simple controls shoot with B and jump with A. Absolute greatness, the controls were as smooth as Super Mario Bros.

Sound: Those songs are so memorable that I love it. In fact my mind plays the songs over and over when I play this game or even think about it.

Final Comments: This game is just so incredible. It may be hard but don't give up and play. The game is fun and unforgettable! One of the greatest gaming experiences of my life. This is just an absolute classic and belongs to every NES owner's library.
