Killer Instinct. The most well known SNES fighter next to Mortal Kombat II and Street Fighter II.

The gameplay is just like any other fighter except with different characters. Since this is a new franchise the characters aren't really known well at all. There are some pretty cool fighters but a lot of them are generic or rip offs of other fighters in other fighting games. The game controls pretty well and isn't overly difficult. The game is pretty short so don't expect replay unless you're playing in multiplayer which is a lot of fun.

The graphics are great for SNES. In fact, there some of the best in a fighting game on SNES. There are some bad voice acting samples but the in game music is awesome.

Overall, KI is worth it if your a fan of fighters even if the game is overrated.
