First off this is not a Left 4 Dead knock off anyone who says that is a fool. This game came out as a mod before Left 4 Dead was even announced. Also Left 4 Dead is about getting from one area to the next while surviving. Killing Floor is about wiping out every specimen on the map while trying to survive. Tripwire Interactive also released a SDK or software development kit for the game so users can create custom maps for others to download in the killing floor forums. I already have over ten great maps because of the large community and those maps are free! OK onto game play. The more players in a room(server) the more specimens there are so there is plenty for everyone to kill to get money for weapons towards future waves but you can share money as well in the game just in case someone dies or does not have enough to get something. The difficulty curve is high, what I mean by this is going from normal to hard is kinda ridiculous if you haven't leveled up your perks enough or if you don't know the maps very well. The game being $20 is enough for everyone to get this game for the amount of hours it will take to level up your perks and master the levels plus the countless hours of head shots, limbs flying off, turning around to see an invisible stalker on you scaring you half to death because a flesh pound is in front of you. There will be lots of Blood, tears, and laughs with this game with some minor frustration of dying from a group of stalkers because your friend ditched you and welded your escape door shut. But if you get friends to play this game with you its better yes better then left 4 dead!!!

Graphics- 8 (games is about 5yrs old running on Unreal Engine 2.5 but it gets credit for having great looking maps as well as 9 different specimens to look at and kill)

Game play- 9 (Fun, easy controls)

Sound- 7 (annoying voice acting, but great sound effects that helps you hear where a specimen is coming from)

Lasting Appeal- 7.5 (Getting all five perks up is one heck of a challenge but that challenge might be too high for some people)
