Well, before you make any rash decisions, let me say that this game is 100 times better than the first game. This game has some of the most addicting and crazy gameplay ever. It has a good amount of single-player interest which will probably take a little less than a week to complete. Depending on how much you play of course. But the replay value in Killzone 2's single-player is extremely high. You start out 2 years after the Helghast (The soldiers with the red eyes that want to take over) assault on Vekta (The ISA's Homeworld) as 1st Sgt. Tomas Sevchenko aka "Sev" in the ISA (Interplanetary Strategic Alliance). On a ship called the "New Sun". And you awake to your friend Rico to go through a tutorial. Then you get on a drop ship that takes you directly down into the planet Helghan. (The Helghast's homeworld) Now this time you are attacking them. You make your way through the planet fighting Helghast troops, sentry bots and big soldiers. Throughout the game you use a variety of wepons such as Assault Rifles, Pistols, Rocket Launchers, Snipers, Shotguns etc. You also man a few vehicles like anti-air guns and mech robots. Single-player will definately hype you up. Now, The multiplayer is really where the game kicks into to extreme action. You have a few game modes to pick from and you can play as the ISA or the Helghast. You pick the team, character, wepons, and then item. Multiplayer is just as good as single-player except it is alot more fun. There are also some new wepons exclusively only online. And the action continues from then on. I think that this game will keep you playing for a good 3 months. 10/10
